GESSS Schedules

Timeline
Setting a
timeline outlining key dates, events or actions for GESSS will help in planning for the symposium.

A timeline will allow you to track what has been accomplished in the past, what tasks are currently in progress and what is scheduled to be completed in the future.

Running Sheet

A running sheet is a framework for your GESSS. It is a suggested sequence or order for the day and includes breaks, how long speakers present and includes opening and closing remarks.

A GSA Governing Councillor or representative will attend GESSS and will make an opening address (following the Chair’s welcome) and closing remarks (before the Chair closes the event) of approximately 5 minutes duration each.  This will be to describe the background to GESSS and acknowledge the efforts and achievements of the GESSS committee.
