The Geological Society of Australia Endowment Fund

The Geological Society of Australia is pleased to announce that it set up an Endowment Fund in June 2007. The objectives of the fund are to support Australian students undertaking graduate studies in the Earth Sciences at an approved State or Federal educational institution.
We envision providing financial assistance for:

	Field work, both in Australia and Abroad
	Laboratory associated costs, including machine time
	Sponsorship to attend conferences
	Overseas study tours

Our support for the students will only be modest at first, but with your help this could grow very rapidly.

The Geological Society of Australia Endowment Fund is a charity and all donations are tax deductible. All proceeds go towards assisting students studying Earth Science.
